This update is tested to work with the upcoming WordPress 6.4. The AdRotate Banner Manager blocks have been updated to work with fragmented caching just like Widgets do.
Unused code and files have been removed and the much under utilized CSV export option for exporting adverts has been removed from AdRotate Banner Manager. This feature has been replaced by the Portability feature a long time ago. So you can still move ads around, just not via CSV files anymore.
