A quick and small update fixing 2 bugs. One affects the update trigger (sigh, yes, again) but in a different way this time. Activating some other plugins may trigger a failed state because AdRotate Pro doesn’t do a check properly.
This has been fixed.
Vulnerability
In version 5.7.1 a fix for a XSS was included. Make sure you get updated to the latest version just to be safe!
Some situations privileged users could run a XSS query on groups to do bad stuff.
Your data, files or content are not compromised but to be on the safe side you should update as soon as possible.
Update AdRotate Professional regularly?
Updating AdRotate Professional always is a good idea. Staying up-to-date with most plugins is never a bad thing. Updates are important for your websites security. But often they also add new or improve current features.
So update at least a few times per year.
