As with any site, new or overhauled, things go wrong when you launch it. I’ve spent hours and hours writing content, checking plugins, patching plugins. I’ve created smart redirect templates. Customised the hell out of the new theme. Spent days setting up pages, designing logos, icons. Anyway, weeks of work. Then I finally launch the thing – No sales all day. So I figured it’s a slow day. But nope.
Over the past 2 weeks or so I’ve been building the new website for AJdG Solutions. As part of that move AdRotate has moved here too. All relevant content has been moved to the AdRotate Pro page. Most content has been rewritten – Most notably the manuals. The forum has been moved here. And what’s more, OmniCard and other plugins have a forum now too 🙂
All sales go through this website now. This includes AdRotate and all my plugins but also general invoicing for when people hire me. Each product page has the relevant products linked on there for easy access.
Because WooCommerce does not facilitate the merging of sites all purchases made via adrotateplugin.com will not be visible in your account here. Your account has not been migrated over either. You can however keep accessing your account on adrotateplugin.com to view your orders and download AdRotate Pro. The license reset is no longer supported from there though.
Any and all purchases for AdRotate Pro are made through this site now. A few have already done this. Let me know if you run into any trouble at all with your license or account.
Increasing revenue isn’t always achieved by making a product better or keep innovating on it. You can also increase revenue by making it people easier to give you their money. Which is one of the things I have done over the past 6 months or so. In the first half of this year, through last year, I had some issues finding a suitable Credit Card processor. In short, none of them would have me as a customer for various reasons – Mostly because my revenue was too low or because I was not in their area of operation. This post outlines the past 15-18 months of me finding the right combination of checkout options.
That’s right – In fact, don’t call me at all. If you’re not Dutch and don’t have a question related to the use of products and/or services I’m not interested.
Even more so, don’t call me on my private cell OR on a phone that is not operated by AJdG Solutions. AJdG Solutions has no phone. And that’s for a reason.
I’m sick and tired of people calling me from New Delphi, or where-ever the hell they are, with advertising opportunities or bullshit about me needing mobile apps. I’m not interested in your skills as a developer and I don’t care that you only cost $10/hr. I also don’t give a rats ass about your call center and I don’t need a online secretary either. Go away! Stay away!
Since a few days I’m running a bunch of ad campaigns on Facebook for AdRotate.
Lot’s of likes, the targeting of people seems good. But there is little to no engagement so far. Nobody sees my posts or something – Perhaps I’m impatient. Facebook doesn’t offer much insights in when to expect results. Just “you’ll get much likes per day”. But that’s useless if nobody sees your posts. So how useful are Facebook Ads for you?
