Single Page Checkout for WooCommerce and Classic Commerce got updated today and received the same treatment as Paypal Surcharge and Stripe Surcharge by adding Auto-Updates via your dashboard. And to keep up with changes on my website here, all support links have been updated as these changed a few months ago.
