I am having the same issue with my ads on one site in particular. And a few ad changes keep getting “reset” to a former URL that I had used in the past. Can you tell me how to access the unique servers_log for your ads so I can reply to your question?

I am using an up to date WP core — and a Genesis framework that is also up to date, fyi.
