I didn’t get the email, Arnan, but the schedules were wiped out, and the ads all set to expire in 1970. I’ve never set anything to auto-delete; neither schedules nor ads. And at the time it happened, I was serving well over a million pageviews per day per site during my peak traffic; there was no time to go find it in the server logs.
I know it’s hard to troubleshoot without specifics (or log files), but unfortunately I have to look after my own business first. I’ve never had any problems like this with schedules before, but now this is something new I have to worry about (or find something else) if you don’t have any idea why it’s happening. At least now I know it isn’t just me.
