Hello.
The advertiser sent us the following codes:

We have tried both code blocks above and have the exact same behaviour. While we can see the ad’s code being generated the add itself does not display as it should. What may cause this problem?
This is the ad: http://prntscr.com/x9uf0p
Thanks
Looks ok in the screenshot, of is that a static image (kinda like a placeholder)?
If so, then make sure you have your consent sorted out. This can be done with a Consent plugin like Quantcast makes. Or, use adverts that do NOT track/spy on visitors so you don’t need consent.
Consent is needed since a few months because of new privacy laws in some countries and the EU.
Hello. Thanks for your reply. We already use Quantcast.
Aha! Then Quantcast (the plugin) should provide you with some values you can use in your advert.
These are then used in these lines in your adverts.
data-dcm-gdpr-applies='gdpr=${GDPR}'
data-dcm-gdpr-consent='gdpr_consent=${GDPR_CONSENT_755}'
data-dcm-addtl-consent='addtl_consent=${ADDTL_CONSENT}'
I’m not yet very familiar with how this works, but you probably have to replace the
{GDPR}
,
{GDPR_CONSENT_755}
and
{ADDTL_CONSENT}
values with what Quantcast provides. There may also be a function where the plugin does that automatically as the advert is loaded on the site.
Check with the Quantcast people for details on that.
