    Good day,

I’m having an issue with stats no longer tracking for Adverts and Groups on Desktop only – it seems to have appeared since the upgrade to the latest version. It tracks fine on Mobile (Chrome).
On Desktop using Firefox 69.0.1 and Edge – no tracking.

I’ve also disabled my WP Super caching plugin, but still gives the same result.

    Thanks in advance.

    Wordpress verson: 5.2.3
    Adrotate version: 5.5.1
    Theme: Newspaper 9.8

Nothing changed recently with tracking or stats that would affect its function on specific browsers or devices.

AdRotate has support for W3 Total Cache and Borlabs Cache.
Check out this manual on making the plugins work together; https://ajdg.solutions/support/adrotate-manuals/caching-support/

Thank you for your feedback – so it seems to be a bug in 5.5.1
I moved a copy of the site to another server (completely different hosting provider) and loaded a snapshot with version 5.4.1 of AdRotate –
click tracking worked perfectly. Just to make sure it wasn’t any software on my pc blocking, I used browserling.com and tested. Also, there is no caching plugins installed. Results: Click tracking works.

I then upgraded AdRotate (no other changes) and ran the same test. Click tracking has stopped working.

Please check your servers error_log file for errors.
The error_log file can usually be found in your hosting dashboard.
    Anything mentioning AdRotate is interesting.

    Hi,
Yes theses are the errors I’ve found – if that helps. I’ve just masked out the webaddress.

I’ve never seen errors like that. But a quick search tells me that the error code 499 is a Nginx time out (or related) error.
So something in your server may be going wrong.

Your hosting provider can tell you more about that I’m sure.
