Bug in creating new ad groups

Good morning,
I would like to switch to the pro version of AdRotate but I am having problems with the plugin on the website http://www.lanuovaecologia.it and I would like to know if they can be solved.
When I try to create a new ad group the page starts loading but does not let me access the ad groups control panel and it returns an error screen.

Please check your servers error_log file for errors.

The error_log file can usually be found in your hosting dashboard.
Anything mentioning AdRotate is interesting.
