Cannot View List of Schedules

    I recently updated my PHP version to 7.3. On this forum, I found the corrects to be able to edit groups and schedules. However, I am getting a fatal error when trying to view my list of schedules. This is the error I get:

    I have looked on the forums but can’t find anything I need to change in the schedules-main.php file.

    Just a note: I am a paying user. I don’t know what email address I originally used when I purchased this (via PayPal) on November 10, 2015. I have my paypal receipt to verify.

    Such errors used to happen a lot when PHP7 got more use. And all have been fixed last year or so.

    Start with updating to a newer version. The latest version is 5.6.4.
    It’s likely that your problem goes away with the newer version.

    I can do the upgrade, but I need access to my former account, and I have no idea what email I used at the time. How do I go about getting access to the upgrade so I can manually do it myself? I have my PayPal receipt (date, transaction #, etc) I can email you. Thank you!

    In your paypal receipt there should be a 5 digit order number.
