Since installation I have had the messages: “AdRotate Geo is no longer working because you have no more lookups for today. This resets at midnight UTC/GMT.” Under Geo Targeting Data: Cookie or _SESSION: Cookie Your IP Address: xx.x.xxx.x Array ( [provider] => AdRotate Geo [status] => 401 [error] => Unauthorized ) Tried clearing all cookies for site and just adrotate-geo cookie to no avail. Next steps? Thank you May 21, 2018 at 4:14 pm #50877 Arnan Badges: Hi, You need a valid license to use AdRotate Geo. Without it, you can’t get access to the API. If you didn’t activate your license, do so first. Then try again. If it’s already active, you can try de-activating it and then activating again. Then, disable Geo Targeting and re-enable that to try and re-register for AdRotate Geo. May 23, 2018 at 2:39 am #50982 jobsinhomecare Badges: We have a valid license that was purchased May 15th. I’ll test deactivating and reactivating the license. June 1, 2018 at 9:35 am #51607 Arnan Badges: Does your license start with 101 or 102? If 101, take a look at this article: https://ajdg.solutions/2018/04/04/phasing-out-legacy-licenses/ If it starts with 102, then something is going wrong with your license. Try re-activating it. Then once active, disable and re-enable AdRotate Geo from settings. June 5, 2018 at 4:34 am #51861 jobsinhomecare Badges: 102 I have tried this multiple times and will try again.
