having trouble with updating license key / Could not (de)activate key

Domain: thelocalmomsnetwork.netI have a developer license and need to update the key on a WP multisite. I get an error that says “Could not (de)activate key. Contact support.”
The site is no longer listed under the “Manage license” section of this website after I hit the “reset” button. I understand that it is not a remote reset, but not sure why it disappeared.
May be unrelated but when I upgrade from version 5.8.17 > 5.8.22 It crashes the formatting of all sites within the multisite. This issue is likely unrelated to the license key issue that this ticket is about. Let’s solve the license key issue first then I can continue to troubleshoot the upgrade issues separately.
