HTML5 getting error 0004 when published

    Hi ARnan, im using again HTML5 banners, in the manager i can create it with the proper iframe code and it shows perfectly. but when i visit the webpage the banner does not diplay and shows a blank square with the legend ERROR 0004.

    AdRotate doesn’t give that kind of error, so it’s something the advert does on it’s own.
    Make sure the advert works on your desktop (by opening the html file in a browser).

    If it does, you’ve likely uploaded one or more files in the wrong spot. Or some files are not uploaded/readable.
    If it doesn’t work on your desktop either, the issue is with the advert itself. Check with your advertiser for a new advert.
