we are using adrotate pro duo.
Now we have seen an issue with last updates (versioning):
on website one adrotate pro shows version 4.10.1
on website two adrotate pro shows version 4.7.2 – but astonishingly there is no comment (advice) to update this version.
I have tried to update Adrotate Pro by clicking on “Run updater” (Service) – but unfortunately without success.
On both websites working with wordpress 4.8.3 and using similar plugins.
1. Do you have an explanation for that behavior ?
2. Shall we download the plugin adrotate pro and upload the files per FTP ?
3. We don’t see the activated licence for the second website with the issue on https://ajdg.solutions/my-account/manage-license/ – may that be the reason for that issue ?
Is it not possible (for me or for you), to write the licence in the list (Manage License), see here (https://ajdg.solutions/my-account/manage-license/)?
I don’t think the reason is a firewall or something, because I use equal plugins on the other website and updates were detected up to the version 4.7.2 on the website with the issue.
