Nit working on mobile (vitarianer.com)

I tried many themes, with cache or not but it just doesn’t work on mobile.
It loads maybe to 70% and only part of the site is to see.
When I stop loading the site appears but seem to be some old cache.
Iphone tested with chrome and Safari.

Half loaded pages usually indicate some kind of error. Please check your servers error_log file for errors.

The error_log file can usually be found in your hosting dashboard.
Anything mentioning AdRotate is interesting.

I tried Opera on Iphone, there work static ads without problem.
Only Safari and Chrome, so it seems to an another issue.
When loading a page and than breaking, the page occures without errors.
But fir one have to know to break loading 🙁
What doe’s Opera different that it works?

Now also Opera doe#s the same. It seems that pages will be open only one time and after only when breaking loading 🙁

And the error_log? Do you see any errors about AdRotate or the advert in there?

I am not sure which log but by Plask / My domain / debug.log I have found only old entries nothing more. I guess the problem occures on the client site and have no clue why it seems to be only on Iphnes. Did you maybe look how it works on yur mobile? Do you have to stop loading to see the site too?

The filename usually is simply “error_log” it has all the things that go wrong with scripts and issues on your server. Warnings. fatal errors, that sort of things. Which often cause pages to stop loading or show errors instead.

If the page is not loading in a browser you can probably see errors in the inspector or console of that browser. I don’t have an iPhone nor do I use Opera.

Anyway, if it works on most other devices and other browsers, the issue is likely with your adcode not being compatible with Opera because if the code was actually wrong it would be an issue everywhere as well.

I’ve just tried loading your site (vitarianer.com) on my laptop, it takes 2+ minutes to respond to a white page. Seemingly stuck on network requests. So perhaps the issue is more with your server being down/unreachable/overloaded than anything else.

Amazon code is sure OK.
I also wrote to them.
When disabling plugin and taking Amazon stripe code into text widget Imidiately works all properly.
What I dont understand, and this is probably the reason for this problem, that the site is very long time loading. I see the wheel on faveicon and X sign by loading for very long time on desktop, even if the page shows all OK.

There are, I guess, some background processes, and these background work stops loading a page on mobile.
I am 100% sure on server is all ok.

On my desktop all is working fast and as written only some backgrund process show loading a site for long. Server is in germany and is very good. All my other site there also work without any problems.
I guess this background process has something to do with time checking for dynamic modus even I not use this.

Sounds like a database issue to me, some kind of bottleneck.

The log thing you found looks like a access log entry – Taken from the access_log file.
I don’t know what Jetpack has to do with loading parts of AdRotate though.

Please check with your webhost and see if there are load issues for example a query limit or I/O limit on the database or large queries that are slow – Stuff like that.
But also that, timeouts and overload issues that generate errors should be in the error_log file.

None of that would stop the page from loading completely though.
But, does it work if you enable jquery? You can do so in AdRotate Settings.
