Plugin triggered fatal error?

Hey just upgraded not too long ago and I can not seem to get the Ad Rotate Pro plugin to activate. I am getting the following message:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare adrotate_dashboard() (previously declared in /nas/content/live/bizango/wp-content/plugins/adrotate/adrotate.php:104) in /nas/content/live/bizango/wp-content/plugins/adrotate-pro/adrotate-pro.php on line 198
Any ideas?
If you’ve installed AdRotate Pro you no longer need the free version.
