Show the same advertiser in multiple locations during rotation

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a way to link multiple ad locations so that when the ads rotate, they show linked groups.

So for example, an advertiser pays for a header and sidebar ad, when their ad comes up in the rotation, it shows in both locations at the same time.

If not, any ideas on how to force this using a hook or filter?

Currently ad groups work independently from each other. So no linking/grouping is supported.
