    We use AdRotate Professional currently version 5.6.4 as listed in the plugins page. There is no option to update, however, I see a banner with the message “AdRotate Professional 5.7.2 is available now! Please update as soon as possible.”. When I click on the Update button associated with the banner, I get a blank white screen with nothing appearing in the PHP error log. Can someone help determine the issue?

    Our WordPress version is 5.3.2 and all other plugins update normally without issue.

    Sorry for the inconvenience 🤨

    A couple of AdRotate Pro versions have some trouble finding the update.
    This has finally been fixed in version 5.7.2.

    As for the update, it should work from 5.6.4, but probably won’t via the dashboard notification banner.

    If you go to Dashboard > Updates, click “Check again” the update should be visible there.
    I’ve updated a few users sites that way over the last 2 weeks.

    The Dashboard > Updates is not showing either even after clicking the “Check Again” button. So, I should use the Manually via (s)FTP in the link you sent?

    Yep, as suggested in my previous reply.
    Updating manually usually only takes a few minutes.
