No-Bot Registration is a easy and convenient way to get stop the creation of fake accounts and prevent automated registrations on your WordPress website. No need to create complex filters or rule sets. Simply set up a human friendly security question and maintain a list of domains via the easy to use dashboard and let No-Bot Registration handle it.
No-Bot Registration by default adds a simple to use security question to prevent bots from registering on your website. On top of that, you can randomize the question. Set up as many questions as you like to keep things difficult and unpredictable for automated registrations.
Manual registrations that use known email addresses or domains to register on your site can be prevented or minimized by banning their email address completely. If you’re sure a certain domain is up to no good, block the entire domain. Or even the entire Top Level Domain (tld).

I’ve developed various iterations of the plugin since 2015 and have been using the current version for some time on this website now. Fake registrations are almost entirely a thing of the past. Once you spot a trend of new registrations using certain domains, add them to the list and it stops instantly.
