Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to get updates and support for purchased plugins. After one year, a new license keys is required. Which you can buy with a discount. This new license replaces the original one.
One week, 2 days before and on the day the license expires you will be notified about the current status of the license key and what to do next. Please make sure your email address is and remains current and that you can receive email from ajdg.solutions.
Downloads and Software updates
Updates are included for free for as long as your license is valid. If you have a valid and active license key, updates will be delivered automatically via your WordPress dashboard. Plugins that do not not support automatic updates can be updated manually. Downloads are available via your account on this website. An update/installation guide is included with every purchase.
Plugins without a license key are available for download for one year after purchasing. Updates released during this time are included in the purchase price. Updates made available after this period have to be bought again.
Support and Premium Services
Premium support is available for purchased plugins with a license is given for as long as your license is valid.
Premium support consists of fast and personal email support. You can also use the Support Forums.
If you wish to get support after your license expires you must purchase a new license key or purchase Premium Support.
Plugins without a license key receive limited support via the Support Forums at no extra charge for as long as the plugin is maintained by the developer.
Products sold via this website are digital downloads, online services or time consuming efforts. Cancellation can be requested at any time, and will be effective after review and approval has been granted. You can cancel your order within 14 days after placing your order under the following conditions;
a. The product, if a digital download, has not been made available to you;
b. The online service has not been made available to you;
c. Work on required or requested services has not started.
Surcharges are non-refundable.

NOTE: refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products. I stand behind my products and will try to assist you in solving any problem you have, but I also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
